HEALTH GUARENTEE

Every bird sold by us is accompanied by a health guarantee. We assure that our birds are free of congenital defects, viruses, bacterial infections, genetic disorders, or any other potentially debilitating or life-threatening illnesses at the time of purchase.

After a bird departs from our facility, any health concerns must be reported to the seller within ten days of purchase for refund consideration. Within this period, you are entitled to return the bird and receive a full refund. A return will only be accepted if the bird's original band remains affixed and undamaged. 

Claims made after ten days must be verified by a licensed avian veterinarian before a refund can be considered. Veterinary costs are never the responsibility of the seller. Please note, upon purchase, Grafton Animal Hospital offers a free examination within ten days of purchasing your pet from Birds By Beckie.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only granted for health concerns as specified previously. This policy aims to prevent impulsive purchases. Birds require significant responsibility and should only be entrusted to homes that have thoroughly researched avian care and are prepared to provide the necessary attention for the specific breed you have purchased.

Although all our birds are hand-fed until they reach the appropriate age and receive meticulous care, we cannot guarantee their individual personalities. However, we do dedicate time to familiarize our feathered companions with humans through feeding, playtime, and cuddles.
